PRIVACY STATEMENT.  We do not share customer information with any third party persons or businesses under any circumstances. Please note that as we only process card and debit payments through PAYPAL services we have no need for card information direct and it is not processed on this website in any form.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of listings and shopping cart details errors can happen from time to time. We reserve the right to not to sell any items wrongly price listed.  If you come across any price differences between listings and shopping cart prices please e-mail us so that this can be put right as soon as possible.

PRICE LISTINGS All prices are listed in UK Pounds Sterling.   Unless noted otherwise all listing prices are PER ITEM.

POSTAGE & HANDLING All prices are exclusive of post and handling charges.  For deliveries within the U.K. a flat postage and handling charge of £2.95 will be added at your shopping cart checkout to your total order. All U.K. deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery services. Overseas customers please note that ADDITIONAL POSTAL charges may also apply.  Please e-mail us for additional charges BEFORE placing any order.  You will be invoiced for any additional charges.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED  ANY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE & HANDLING COSTS THAT ARE DUE.  If you wish overseas items sent by a signed-for service, this will cost more, and must be requested and paid for prior to your order being sent out.  

DISPATCH TIMES.  Orders paid for during week days (Monday to Friday) are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment. All customers will receive an e-mail advising of posting when goods are dispatched.
